All DVD sales made through this Website or otherwise are final; provided, however, that DVDs which include a manufacturer’s defect will be exchanged and provided, further, that if a user shall have damaged, modified or altered a DVD purchased in any way, then such DVD is no longer eligible for exchange even if there were a manufacturer’s defect. Modifications and alterations include without limitation writing on the DVD, labeling it, or intentionally or unintentionally modifying the software on the DVD in any way. If, based on the foregoing, the user’s DVD is eligible for exchange, then the DVD should be returned to the Company, postage prepaid. After the Company has confirmed (in its sole discretion) replacement eligibility, a replacement will be sent to the user at any United States address he or she specifies with the returned DVD. The Company shall have no obligation to remit a replacement DVD if a complete United States address has not been provided to the Company with the returned DVD. Please note that it is possible that the DVD the user receives from the Company may not be compatible with and playable on all DVD players, especially DVD players manufactured more than 10 years ago.
